Project Promise Hokianga 4WD Safari   09 - 11 March 2012
 
 
Hello maybe your clubmembers may join us at our 
Opononi and District Lions Club In association with
Kauri Coast 4WD Club
Supporting Project Promise a fundraiser for cancer unit
in Whangarei Hospital
 
 
The Safari will tour through blocks of the Waimamaku west coast area with
incredible views and interesting experiences across farms, rivers and mud
tracks The organizers endeavor to present you with a safari designed as a family
affair, with enough interest to keep the more adventurous entertained Shiny and tuff truck tracks are separated and join for lunch around a river
site The base camp is set up at the Waiotemarama complex, full camping
facilities or alternative accommodation available
Limit of 60 vehicles
$160 driver and 1 passenger (non refundable)
Extra passengers $50
Children (under 14)  $25
Sausage sizzle Friday night
Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday and dinner Saturday night
A packed lunch can be ordered for Saturday. (See order form for more

For non-members, there is a weekend membership available

Series One North Island trip,  9th - 12th March
 
 
This years "Series One North Island trip" will start from Wellington on Friday 9th March via Hawkes Bay, Turangi, Whangamomoana then back to Wellington on Monday 12th March. Overnight cabins or camping.
